Clear Voice

Here there and back again in Ipoh for the mean time. There’s so much things that I need and want to do though when it comes to drawing, colouring and whatnot, I have come to realize that – my desk and bed is no longer mine here (LOL). Though there is still some extra space where I can carry on and do what I want so I don’t really mind.

I would like to garden when I can though it has been raining a lot these past few days. The garden looks better overall with my grandma staying over and looking after the flowers though the spot where I’ve been taking care of is… an utter mess haha. I doubt I can do much for the garden in such a short spent for time but I’ll see what I can do.

But it’s good to be back. I miss the birds chirping in the morning, the smell of the wet earth when it rains, noises from the kids and the things I was deprived of during my stay in KL. When I’ll be gray and old on day, I would certainly get myself a house in an outskirt area haha. As much do I like city life for the people that I was surrounded with, I would pretty much prefer a peaceful setting when it comes to working.

Inking something here~

A few days recently really pulled me down with the lingering effects of fever and the lack of sleep because I was catching up with the assignments. People seem to seek me this week and I was eager to meet some people I know~ We had such a great time and two days in a row, people actually gave me a gifts! It was said to be for my birthday QwQ They’re both so sweeet! Thank you Rin-chan! Thanks Justin and Kev! TTwTT I had a great time and you guys cheer me up a lot~

It’s two glasses with ‘happy’ on one of them and ‘birthday’ on the other~ Mine is the one with the ‘birthday’ on it. My sister got the one with ‘happy’ on it XD Now we have matching glasses!

It’s a wind bell! It’s sho cute >w< It was wrapped so nicely that I had to take a picture of it before I open it and I was contemplating on keeping the paper but I ruined it lawl. I love you guys sho much! Can’t wait to see you guys again~ We practically chit chat the whole day through. Thanks for walking us back to the car *hugz hugz*

Oh it’s been a while since I post what I’m currently working on so here’s one of them, a colour pencil work of course:

It’s Ryu from [Ginryu], another ongoing project that’s under development story wise but it’s going quite smoothly nowadays. Though I have to stopped working on this one because I haven’t finished two more works for the [Bishie] Project but they’re almost done. Gotta finish my assignments first! XD

Now that I am pressed for time, the more relaxed I am. (especially where deadlines are involve) There’s no point of losing your head and pledge for insanity at this point since there’s nothing much you can do other than doing your best and what you can do with the time given.

With the current project in hand, getting registered for college, moving, organizing, spring cleaning; there’s a handful of things you can do in a day, a week yet a month. My to-do-list is growing enormously longer everyday but it’s not out of hand (yet haha). I feel lighter these days and I try not to worry as much as I used to continuously pressed my stress level so severely.

Going back to the current “Bishie Guys” project that my sister and I have been working on, I am certainly officially disgusted with the sight of bishie guys now! (haha the effects are probably not that dramatic) We have to come up with 5 art works regarding the theme and so far, I have only finished one and a half, out of five. The deadline is this 31st. But once the mini illustration book is released, I’m sure it’ll be worth the hard work.

I was a bit worried when my little finger on my right wasn’t moving (lawl though it has happened before). It seems that I must have overworked it; I realized that I was working on one of the illustration, re-did and finished it in one day. I’ve often tested my time on colouring and as simple as it gets, I can only finish an illustration in one hour. This took me a day so I guess it’s not as bad. (but time is running out!)

I am not happy with the editing. A lot of my traditional works are hard to edit it like how it appears to be on paper. ;;; But either way, enjoy this small resolution picture 8D I shall upload it somewhere on dA later on. Oh btw, ithis is one of my Original Characters (was actually based on one of my friends and severely altered haha).

Oh dear, I feared that my results will mean that I have to take the miserable July paper and wouldn’t be able to catch the April intake for college but…. I GOT BETTER RESULTS THAN I THOUGHT I WOULD. I couldn’t describe how anxious I was wanting to know and not to know my results. I wasn’t serious enough as how other people are. I did not enjoy going back to school in order to take the papers (even if it just for a few days). But either way, it’s good enough results to enroll in college. So I’ll be doing just that. (Lets hope I have enough time to work on the art works too) 

I’m currently involve in a small illustration project with a few friends who pulled me in. It is quite fun. I pulled in Ryu to collaborate with me and we’re going to debut as a duo. The duo group will be a sub group under KAMCAO itself. The theme for this current project is “Bishie Guys” haha. Hmm, I didn’t think that it would be challenging at first but it proves to be harder than I thought it would be nee. The illustrations that we’ll be doing are all of our Original Characters too!

I prefer to draw illustrations for more concrete concepts and reason. I tend to think that the girl market these days are too big and sometimes quite shallow, but it does sell nee. But it’s not generally shallow so I’ll just give it a try for experience and fun before studies are on me again. These are one of the illustration that I’ll be submitting in for the project:

It has been a while. I haven’t been updating my blog so far since my internet had just been fixed. Internet is so important these days but I think I can still live without it XD

Anyways, I haven’t post up the WWF-Malaysia’s contest entry that I sent in! I got in the top five and the voting for the first prize have closed on the 10th August, last Sunday. Here is the entry:

There are so many works for me to scan! >w< Though I just got my E00 copic marker so I’ll be able to start back on my commissions but I’ll still have studies for my first priority nee. X3 There’s so many things to do but so little time~ TTwTT

I watched WALLE yesterday and it’s a very nice movie~ XD I might say that it’s the best pixar movie so far. The message conveys a strong message of saving the earth by conservation and living. Some concepts certainly slap you right and left haha. If you’ve watched the movie, you’d know what i mean.

Haha heelo everyone, we all know that everyone needs money, some desperately need it to start living, some needs to recover from disasters, some to keep on surviving, some just have too much of it that they don’t know what to do with it, some have money but no time to spend it, some certainly needs it because they’ve lost more than just money. There are a lot of donation programs that goes directly to the people in China and Myanmar that truly needs em after the natural disaster that has hit them. Please contribute if you can.

Anyways, I managed to catch up with my piano already and hopefully I can maintain it until the exam this August. Studies are going slow, but ok and I’m making time to finish some of the CG works and draw once I got the chance to. Hopefully it’ll be finish before the IchiBANZAI event comes! Why do I get so much joy in just looking at things like this.. ;;; Anyways, I haven’t got time to properly figure out whyyyyyyy I can’t edit my copic works on this new scanner.. ;w; but I did scan them just that I think it looks nicer up front instead of scanning it when the settings are liek crazeh lawl XD They are doodles btw since I don’t have much time to spare for detail work atm TTwTT
